I really enjoyed chatting with today’s guest, Karen Martel. Karen is a specialist in women’s hormones and the effect these have on our health and weight loss journey.

Today we talk about how hormones change during women’s monthly cycle and how we can change our eating, fasting and exercise to optimise these. We also talk about the struggles of perimenopause, the transition into menopause and post menopause and some of the things we can do about this.
